Ingredients


2 heaping cups Chicken, cooked chicken
1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh
3 cloves garlic
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup mint, fresh
4 cups napa cabbage
1/2 cup peanuts
1 red bell pepper
4 scallions
3 tbsp Fish sauce
1/4 cup Lime juice, fresh
2 tsp Sriracha sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Vegetable oil

Preparation


Directions

25 minutes

1. Prepare All Ingredients in a bowl.

2. Cover and Chill

  • Note to remember
  • Just before serving mix together the following ingredients in a bottle and shake
  • until sugar is dissolved.

3. Pour over salad and toss just before serving
