Vetty's Homemade Food Products

Elizabeth Fernandez, a 59 year old mother from Dasmarinas Cavite, initially delved into
the production of apple cider vinegar.
However, a seminar in 2017 about coconut vinegar that she attended got her interested
in the product. Together with her husband and eldest son, she started to produce
coconut vinegar. Aside from the coco vinegar, she started making homemade
longganisa and tapa which she thought would pair best with the coco vinegar. Elizabeth
continuously thinks of new product variations and eventually introduced the spicy coco
vinegar.
Her banner product of spiced coco vinegar was showcased in one of the DTI trade fairs
in Tagaytay City and which was warmly received by the buyers. The exposure in the
trade fair led to resellers. Her products which carry the brand name Vetty’s are now
being sold in Metro Manila, Calabarzon and La Union.
