Shepherd’s Deli began in 2019 with a simple but profound journey. Family friend introduced us to European sausage-making. What started as casual curiosity quickly grew into a deep passion. We were captivated by the balance of spices, the intricate techniques, and the process of turning simple ingredients into exceptional meat products.

But our story goes back further than that. Our love for food is rooted in childhood memories of family meals, where every bite was an expression of love and togetherness. These moments inspired us to preserve beloved family recipes for tocino and longganisa, dishes that bring warmth to the table and remain at the heart of everything we create.

With just a humble dream and a deep respect for tradition, we set out to blend the rich flavors of our heritage with the meticulous craftsmanship we had learned. Over the years, Shepherd’s Deli has grown beyond what we ever imagined. From selling at small local bazaars to becoming a trusted partner of renowned establishments like Shangri-La, Taal Vista Hotels, and Sunlight Hotel & Resorts, our journey has been nothing short of extraordinary.

Our products, now found in grocery chains like Shopwise, Robinsons Supermarket, and All Day, have reached homes and tables across the country.
