Ingredients


  • 2 Premium bottles (bangus) fillet in oil, drained 
  • 3/4 Cup cream cheese at room temperature 
  • 1/4 Cup light mayonnaise 
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder 
  • Salt 
  • lemon juice 
  • lemon zest 
  • crostini



Preparation

25 minutes

  1. Open bottle. Drain milkfish. 
  2. Chop sundried tomato 
  3. Mash milkfish (bangus) fillet using a fork milkfish. 
  4. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise. 
  5. Add to mashed milkfish and sundried tomato. Mix until well combined. Season with cayenne powder, salt, and pepper. 
  6. Add in the lemon juice and the zest. 
  7. Transfer to a ramekin. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with crostini.
