Marinated chicken is a lifesaver during times you don’t feel like chopping an onion or washing a pile of bowls after ingredient-prepping. All you need is a container to mix all your ingredients in and you’d have a savory, spicy chicken marinade ready for anytime use!
The best thing about this is that you have the four options on how to cook your marinated chicken: You can try frying, grilling, roasting, or baking. Each method differs from each other in the way they carry the flavor of the sauce.
This marinade recipe for chicken is a little more innovative than traditional marinades due to the replacement of minced garlic to spicy crunchy garlic bits by Chili Ni Paul from Flavors of Quezon. It’s also made even more flavorful by using pure coconut oil and wild honey from the same store.
Nothing truly beats the proud feeling of serving flavorful and fancy-looking food to your dinner table, especially when you know it didn’t take much to do!
