2 tablespoons Mumshroom chili garlic mushroom paste

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon sugar (optional for balance)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 carrot, sliced into thin strips

1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 handful of spinach or bok choy

Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Preparation

Directions

  • Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix the chili garlic paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir-fry until fragrant and the onions turn translucent.
